QATM Qcut 250 A (formerly ATM Brillant 240) is a compact and flexible semi-automatic wet wheel cutting machine that can use cutting wheels with a diameter of up to 254 mm/10 "and cut samples with a diameter of up to 95 mm. This device perfectly combines the advantages of manual cutting machines, speed, and automatic cutting machines.

The semi-automatic Qcut 250 A is integrated with an operating lever with an electromechanical brake, which can be operated with one hand and is easier to achieve vertical cutting or cutting wheel positioning than before. The stainless steel cutting table can be operated manually through a handwheel (horizontal cutting) or dynamically driven for automatic operation. The latter can achieve pulse cutting and flexible cutting (swinging longitudinal cutting). For more complex cutting tasks, the Qcut 250 A can be equipped with an optional automatic crossover test bench to achieve sequential cutting.

The color interface and newly created user concept can effectively guide operators and reduce operational errors throughout the entire task period. The independently adjustable user information system facilitates routine tasks such as coolant replacement and maintenance scheduling. Like other cutting machines produced by ATM Qness companies, Brillant 240 is fully compatible with QATM's easy to grip system. The replacement of fixtures is faster, allowing users to move or fix fixtures in just one step.
